How long will it take for my custom engraved glasses to arrive?
We dispatch within 2-3 working days depending on the size of your order.
Do you delivery Australia wide?
Yes, we ship via Courier or Australia Post depending on your location and can deliver to anywhere in Australia.
Can I have any design I want on my glasses?
You can have any design you want on your glasses; however, we recommend a bolder image as it stands out more when engraved on to the glass. Images must also be supplied as a solid image (i.e. not grey-scale) as colours or grey tones can’t be depicted with engraving.
What is your minimum order?
Our glasses are supplied in quantities of 6. (Except for Champagne Flutes in a gift box, which are in quantities of 2)
Are your glasses dishwasher safe?
All of our glasses are dishwasher safe, and we would encourage you to wash them before the first use.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

In what format should I supply my artwork?
Please supply your artwork as .tiff, PNG or Jpeg files, as they are the most clear, and will provide you with the best result.
